Online research has become the norm for many types of research and new techniques such as communities are fast establishing a role for themselves. 2009 will be a tough year for most businesses. As research budgets get tighter, and clients demand even more for their money, the key challenge in online research will be to provide even better results while ensuring value for money.
This one day conference, chaired by Fiona Blades (MESH Planning), is a call to arms, for buyers and suppliers of online research. The agenda takes a very practical and solutions-driven approach and has been developed to encourage innovative delegate participation.
Key areas of focus include:
- What buyers of market research really want from online research
- How to decide what goes online
- Ensuring quality in online panels
- Improving online engagement – keeping engaged, happy, and willing to contribute to the solutions that research provides
- Cheaper, Faster, Better! How to find the balance between these three virtues in the current economic climate
- Software: choices and decisions
- Onwards and upwards! Mobile research and the search for new ideas
