A one day workshop, run by an ex-graduate recruiter, for careers and employability professionals who are supporting clients through the assessment centre stage of graduate recruitment processes.
This interactive workshop will provide you with openly-available assessment centre materials, standard competencies and train you on the basics on how to run, assess and give feedback to your students.

What will you get out of it?
By the end of the course, participants should be able to:
• Put together an assessment centre time table.
• Understand some standard assessment centre competencies and exercises.
• Score exercises and shortlist students.
• Run your own assessment centre for students.
• Provide candidates with feedback on their own performance.

This course is more expensive than usual because participants will be provided with materials to run assessment centres in their own services. Participation is limited to 12 to ensure that all participants get sufficient time to engage with the materials.
