Entrants must demonstrate how they have engaged and worked with the local community to ensure new developments, or schemes associated with new developments, enhance and improve the local environment

The category is open to initiatives/schemes/plans which can show that they have engaged with the local community in relation to delivering new residential developments

Entries will be judged on some or all of the following: 

  • Engaging the community in terms of plans/ideas/designs/local needs 
  • Evidence of listening to the community 
  • Engagement beyond the normal levels expected of any development 
  • Imagination and creativity in the delivery of the initiative
