Our IAG colleagues have assisted many of our clients with a wide range of matters over the years from individuals acquiring investments and properties abroad to medium sized and large companies looking to acquire foreign businesses, set up foreign branches or simply buy goods from or sell goods to foreign businesses.

We also undertake UK legal work for the network’s members and their clients, with many major contracts and transactions completed successfully over the years. In the past, IAG members have also acted collectively on a number of pan European contractual and commercial projects, as well as assistance in the drafting of legislation and reports for joining members of the European Union.
